Waldingfield Farm is a historic farm located in Washington, CT. Quincy Horan and his brothers reclaimed their great grandfather’s farmland in 1990 long after it had waned in the decline of the dairy industry after WW2. They started farming just an acre and since then have created a certified organic farm that is one of
