Mark your calendars, food lovers and community champions! Real Food CT’s 4th Annual Seed to Plate fundraising event is back and better than ever, promising a night of delectable dishes, lively music, and a shared passion for nourishing our community.

Join us on Friday, August 9th, from 6-9 pm at NewSylum Brewing Company (43 Keating Farms Avenue) for a farm-to-table extravaganza you won’t want to miss!

What’s in Store:

  • A Culinary Adventure: Savor an explosion of local flavors as renowned chefs Steve Forgione (Phinney’s), Pam Buchler (Aquarian Caterers), Matt Kirshner (Uncle Matt’s), and Genee Habansky (Herbaceous Catering) transform the freshest seasonal ingredients into mouthwatering small plates.
  • Local Farms:  Our favorite farm partners donate the produce used in the chef masterpieces!  Laurel Glen Farm, Daffodil Hill Growers, and Waldingfield Farm all will be back supporting us again.
  • Bluegrass Beats: Tap your toes and sing along as the talented duo Dan Tressler and Amber Anchor return to set the mood with their lively bluegrass tunes.
  • Silent Auction: Bid on exciting items and experiences donated by generous local businesses like The Farmhouse and BD Provisions – the perfect way to support our mission and take home a treasure.

Why Your Support Matters:

Real Food CT believes that everyone deserves access to healthy, locally grown food. Since 2019, we’ve donated over 50 tons of produce to food pantries, empowering young farmers through our internship program, and are now launching a food hub to further strengthen our regional food system. Your $150 ticket no only admits you to this unforgettable evening, but also directly supports RFCT’s work with our communities and farmers, growing and distributing nourishing food to people throughout the region. Spread the Word! Share this event with your friends, family, and colleagues – let’s celebrate local food and make a real difference together! Tickets are selling fast, so secure your spot at our table!
