We are overjoyed and deeply grateful to share the incredible success of our 2024 Food Systems Engagement crowdfunding campaign! Thanks to the far reaching support from our community members, local businesses, and generous sponsors, we’ve raised a remarkable $16,677 in funds to advance our mission supporting access to locally-grown food.
A special shout-out and immense gratitude goes to Sustainable CT, whose generous matching contribution of $7,500 has doubled your donations. These funds will support our organization to continue cultivating food systems engagement through activities including supporting our team of seasonal interns and agricultural experiential learning programs.
Crowdfunded donations like this amplify Real Food CT’s capacity to engage and serve our communities. With this support, RFCT will host a series of skill-sharing workshops and educational group gatherings exploring a variety of topics such as innovative strategies for sustainable supply chains and systemic solutions for equitable food systems.
