Our Little Sprouts summer program is back! This hands-on garden class is perfect for young children to learn about planting, harvesting, and the joy of growing food. Classes are fun, educational, and a great way to get kids outdoors and connected to nature. Spots are limited, so help us spread the word and encourage friends and neighbors to sign up early!

Spring classes (Fridays, 9:30-10:30 a.m.): May 9th, 16th, 30th, June 6th, June 13th
Summer Classes (Wednesdays, 9:15–10:15 a.m.): June 18th, 25th; July 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th; August 6th, 13th, 20th
👶 Who Can Join?
This program is designed for children 18 months through 5 years old, with older siblings welcome too. (We’re happy to make exceptions.)
📍 Location: Sticks & Stones Farm, Huntingtown Rd., Newtown, CT 06470
Payment is due with registration to secure your spots. The fee is $25 per class, or $20 per class if you register for five or more classes. Siblings join for an additional $10 each. Children under age one join free! Click the link above to register! A parent or caregiver must be present for each class. Participants should wear comfortable clothing and closed toed shoes, sneakers, or boots. Please bring water, snacks, a hat, sunscreen, and garden gloves/kids’ garden tools if you have them! This is an outdoor class, weather permitting. Weather updates/cancelations will be communicated via EMAIL and we will make every effort to reschedule a canceled class.
