- Aromatic Braised Short Ribs and Market Greens with Pickled Turnips: Blanched and Sautéed Swiss Chard, Kale, and Broccoli Rabe with Poached Garlic Topped with Pickled Turnips, Sesame Seeds and Chopped Scallions
- Hoisin-Lime Grilled BBQ Chicken Thighs with Gingered Spaghetti Squash
Pam Buchler – Aquarian Catering
- Middle Eastern Roasted Butternut Squash, Chickpea and Kale Salad
- Sesame Ramen Noodle Salad With Smoked Pulled Pork, Cilantro Pesto and Crunchy Cabbage Slaw

- Skewered and Grilled Pork (or Beef) with Smoked Garlic and Green Tomato Sauce
- Honeynut Squash – Squash Seed Praline, Strained Yogurt and Herb Salad
