Michael Bick of Some Things Fishy

  • Aromatic Braised Short Ribs and Market Greens with Pickled Turnips: Blanched and Sautéed Swiss Chard, Kale, and Broccoli Rabe with Poached Garlic Topped with Pickled Turnips, Sesame Seeds and Chopped Scallions
  • Hoisin-Lime Grilled BBQ Chicken Thighs with Gingered Spaghetti Squash

Pam Buchler – Aquarian Catering

  • Middle Eastern Roasted Butternut Squash, Chickpea and Kale Salad
  • Sesame Ramen Noodle Salad With Smoked Pulled Pork, Cilantro Pesto and Crunchy Cabbage Slaw

Steve Forgione – Phinny’s

  • Skewered and Grilled Pork (or Beef) with Smoked Garlic and Green Tomato Sauce
  • Honeynut Squash – Squash Seed Praline, Strained Yogurt and Herb Salad

• Mary Taylor Wines, New England Brewery Beer and Cider will be served
• Live Bluegrass music by Amber Anchor and guest
• Desserts by Uncle Matt’s Bakery
• Bonfire
