RealFood CT Crop Owner Release of Liability

I understand that harvesting on my property involves some risks. While volunteers will do their best to avoid damage, While every effort will be made by staff and volunteers to respect and care for the property, l acknowledge that Real Food CT is not responsible for incidental damage that may occur during the glean.

I confirm that I have the authority to grant permission for gleaning activities on the property, and I understand that Real Food CT maintains its own liability insurance covering its operations, staff, and volunteers.

I give permission for Real Food CT to take photos or videos of my crop, farm, and gleaning activities for planning and promotional purposes.

I release Real Food CT, its Staff, Volunteers, and Board Members from any liability or claims related to injuries or property damage that may occur during the harvest.
